Terms & Conditions For Loft The Loft Ladder Giveaway
1. Eligibility
- The FAKRO GB Loft Ladder Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to residents of mainland United Kingdom aged 18 and over, excluding employees of FAKRO GB, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Giveaway.
- The prize can only be delivered to an address in mainland UK. Entries with delivery addresses outside mainland UK will be ineligible.
2. Entry requirements
- To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the entry form by providing the required details (name, contact information, etc.) and opt in to receive marketing communications from FAKRO GB. No purchase is necessary.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be void.
3. Giveaway period
- Entries will be accepted starting from 00:00 on 4th November 2024 until 23:59 on 4th December 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. Prize
- The prize is one FAKRO Loft Ladder (model may vary depending on stock availability).
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternatives are available.
5. Winner selection and notification
- The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the Giveaway Period ends.
- The winner will be notified via the contact details provided within 7 days of the Giveaway closing date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, FAKRO GB reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Marketing consent
- By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing communications from FAKRO GB. Participants may unsubscribe at any time but doing so before the Giveaway ends may void their entry.
7. Data protection
- FAKRO GB will process participants’ personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and will not share data with third parties without consent, except as necessary for administering the Giveaway.
8. General conditions
- FAKRO GB reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
- FAKRO GB’s decision in all Giveaway matters is final and binding.

- FAKRO GB accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical disruptions or other reasons beyond FAKRO GB’s control.
